BUILD YOUR HOME PROJECT LIST
◇The first essential step is to add all of your projects to MOREPHO - ranging from a simple chore or DIY project, to a complex job that requires professional expertise.
◇Organize each project by home area, and assign a Do-it-by date. Always motivate yourself by targeting a due date!
◇Add more detail to each Project Card with a project description, upload up to 14 photos to document before and after progress, and create a Project Checklist.
◇For difficult projects, use the Budget feature to see how much money you need to save daily before the Do-it-by date. This is helpful to understand how to change your daily habits to save, and set a realistic due date.
◇Check out Local Hardware Stores for your DIY projects. These businesses are hand-selected and have very high reviews for customer service. Support local!
◇When you are ready to share a project with a local professional on MOREPHO use the “Request a Pro” toggle to share the Project Card to receive a proposal of recommended pros in your area.
◇Q/A feature for each Project Card where MOREPHO Pros can ask questions to get more information about your project to give you an even more accurate proposal.
◇When the project is done click the check mark bubble. The project will move to the Done Archive which will be useful portfolio for taxes and when it comes time to sell your house!
